Gerald Gallegos, a native of Colorado, was born in Southern Colorado and grew up in Minturn. He attended Eagle County public schools, graduating from Battle Mountain High School, and then continuing his education at Mesa State College in Grand Junction.
Gerald started Gallegos Masonry in 1970 providing masonry and stone work for custom homes, residential and commercial building projects. Four decades later, the business has grown and is one of the top three largest masonry companies in the US. The company now includes concrete, stucco, plaster, marble, and granite and conducts business across eight states with more than 500 employees. Serving Forbes & Fortune 500 companies, well known entertainers, politicians, sports figures and business moguls, The Gallegos Corporation has built an outstand reputation for quality work in Vail, Beaver Creek, Aspen, Telluride, Sun Valley, Lake Tahoe, California, Yellowstone, Montana and in many other ski and summer resorts across the Rocky Mountains.

Gerald is part of the large Gallegos family, including his mother, Rosabelle, three brothers: Glen, Bob and John; two sisters: Debbie Jo and Estella. Gerald and his wife, Suzanne, make their home in Edwards and have two daughters, Hillary and Caroline.
Gerald spends his free time with his family, enjoying his ranch near the Flat Tops Wilderness area, catching up with his active daughters and attending Avalanche, Nuggets and Rockies games. He also loves traveling to Europe, Mexico and Hawaii.
